Booking Process
1. Initial Contact
This generally happens by meeting at a Wedding show or you call us to inquire about our services, We then send out our information pack to you. If you are interested, we then arrange a no obligation meeting at my studio so we can run through your day and to see our portfolio of work but also equally as important, you feel happy with us being part of your Big day.
2. Send Form and Booking Fee
If you wish to book Mango photography to photograph your Wedding day please call us to check our availability as we only commission 1 wedding per day. If we are free, send us the Booking form and a non refundable booking fee of £200.00 by cheque to secure your date. We will reply to you with a confirmation letter and a receipt.
3. Meeting 4-5 Weeks Before Wedding
At this stage you will have the opportunity to check your booking form and make amendments if required. Together we can meet at the venues or our studio to confirm which shots you wish to have on the day etc. The balance on your wedding package is also required at this time.
4. Album Meeting
When you return from your Honeymoon we will arrange a meeting to view your photos and to discuss you album etc. You then take you Proof book and DVD slideshow and choose your photos in your own time. Once you have selected your photos I will design your album on the computer and invite you back to the studio. Once you are happy with the final design we then place the order for your Album.
5. Collect Finished Album
Subject to work load allow 4-5 weeks for album and prints to arrive and for us to hand build your finished album.
